Trump to visit UK on 13 July

US president Donald Trump will visit the UK on 13 July, the White House announced on Thursday. He will travel to Britain after participating in a Nato summit in Brussels in 11-12 July. It will be Trump's first visit to the UK since his election. He cancelled one earlier this year, saying he was "not a big fan" of the new US embassy in London. Major protests had been planned.
