Germany and Finland negotiate Greek bailout deadlock

German and Finnish ministers of European affairs discussed on Monday in Helsinki the Greek bailout deadlock, with Germany's Werner Hoyer saying the original deal Finland and Greece struck on guarantees, involving a cash deposit, came as a surprise to Germany. "We're all in the same boat," said Finnish minister Stubb.
