Pressure mounting on German president to resign

Pressure is mounting on German President Christian Wulff to resign after he reportedly threatened Bild newspaper with a legal case if it published a story about a controversial home loan he had received. "Our president is a joke, people cannot take him seriously anymore," CDU party-member Vera Lengsfeld told Handelsblatt.
