Czech Republic stays out of new fiscal treaty

The Czechs have joined the UK in staying out of the fiscal treaty because they did not get their way on participation in eurozone summits and due to worries over loss of sovereignty."25 member states join and will sign the fiscal compact treaty," EU Council chief Van Rompuy tweeted.
