The EU capital is northern Europe's fifth most congested city with drivers on average wasting 65 hours a year sitting in traffic according to fresh research by US software company Inrix.
The survey, based on GPS data collected in the Benelux countries, France, Germany and the UK in 2009, shows that Utretch in the Netherlands (75 hours) is the region's worst place to be a driver.
