Netherlands in fresh debate over EU workers

The Dutch government is gearing up for a battle with parliamentarians over a plan to open the Netherlands' borders to workers from Poland and other new EU states from 1 January, while France is ready for "controlled" access of Romanian and Bulgarian workers.
