Malta to vote on EU Constitution in July

Malta will put the European Constitution to a parliamentary vote during the summer, the daily Times of Malta has reported.

While speaking to the press on Tuesday (15 February), Maltese Prime minister and leader of the Nationalist Party Lawrence Gonzi said that the Maltese Parliament would debate the European Constitution and take a vote by mid-July.
