The European Parliament's Belarus delegation has called on Brussels to start over with efforts to set up independent radio broadcasting into the eastern European country.
The European Commission last month issued a tender for a €2 million contract to create a fully-staffed unit dedicated to raising awareness of democracy in Belarus.
