France, Germany and Britain have agreed to offer to hold fresh talks with Iran in December over its nuclear program.
A letter, signed on Sunday (27 November) by foreign ministers of the so-called EU3 countries (France, Britain and Germany), called for fresh talks on restarting negotiations over the nuclear issue. The talks broke down in August.
