Europe's housing market has been booming, with Denmark and Estonia seeing the biggest price hikes, but the eurozone's rising interest rates could slow the trend across the continent.
According a report by the UK's Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors published on Tuesday (7 March) "European house price inflation hotspots are shifting from the sunny south to Northern Europe."
