Sarkozy and Cowen discuss 'Hand of Frog'

French President Nicolas Sarkozy and Irish Prime Minister Brian Cowen have discussed a controversial goal that has sent Ireland crashing out of the World Cup.

The two leaders exchanged the words on the sidelines of a European summit on Thursday (19 November) after a handball incident by French footballer Thierry Henry the night before helped the French to a 2-1 aggregate win in the crucial qualifying match.
