Today, Monday, the EU foreign ministers are meeting in Brussels for the first time since the Inter Governmental Conference at Nice. Part of the agenda, besides depleted uranium ammunition, is the post-Nice agenda and the ministers will discuss how to arrange the "deeper and wider" debate that the Treaty of Nice calls for.
