Foreign Ministers to debate post-Nice agenda

Today, Monday, the EU foreign ministers are meeting in Brussels for the first time since the Inter Governmental Conference at Nice. Part of the agenda, besides depleted uranium ammunition, is the post-Nice agenda and the ministers will discuss how to arrange the "deeper and wider" debate that the Treaty of Nice calls for. Very different views are likely to be aired in the preliminary debate to the planned IGC in 2004, writes the Financial Times.
