Kosovo citizens go passport shopping in Serbia

Kosovars are soon to be the only ones in the Balkans still expected to produce a visa when travelling to the European Union and other countries in the Schengen area. As Brussels is still trying to figure out how to engage Kosovo in some kind of visa liberalisation process, its citizens are increasingly frustrated.
