Romania hits back at critics

Romania's chief negotiator with the EU Vasile Puscas has responded to calls for the EU to suspend membership talks with his country, branding them "radical".

The minister delegate comes after a euro-parliamentarian suggested talks be suspended following concern that Bucharest is not implementing the judicial reforms necessary to satisfy EU membership criteria.
