French banks trying to sell Greek subsidiaries

French bank Societe Generale is in talks to sell off its Greek subsidiary Geniki to Greece's Piraeus Bank in a move to cut exposure to the crisis struck country, AP reports. On Monday Crédit Agricole, France's third-largest bank, said it was trying to unload its Greek unit, Emporiki.
