Commission relaxed about Cyprus bailout comments

The EU commission Thursday appeared unconcerned by Cypriot President Demetris Christofias' comments that he could not accept an EU-IMF bailout on the terms being discussed. A commission spokesperson noted Christofias was "not against" the financial assistance programme and that "negotiations are still going on."
