Hollande says Banking union most important issue for summit

French President Hollande said that the most important issue for Thursday's summit was getting agreement that a banking union should be set up by end 2012. Germany says this is a no-decision summit to discuss economic integration. A German government source Wednesday dismissed the term banking union as too unclear.
