EU will 'lose' Turkey if no membership by 2023

The EU will lose Turkey if it continues making empty membership promises, PM Erdogan said Tuesday. "If they do string us along until then (2023) the European Union will lose out, and at the very least they will lose Turkey," he said during a panel discussion in Berlin, reports Reuters.
