British PM confirms EU budget threat

British PM Cameron in parliament in London on Wednesday said on upcoming EU budget talks: "At best, we would like it [EU spending in 2014-2020] cut, at worst, frozen, and I am quite prepared to use the veto if we do not get a deal that is good for Britain."
