Germany declines to 'give grades' to France, Merkel says

"You don't seriously expect me to give grades. Of course we are observing what is happening in France, the measures taken to boost competitiveness and we are working together on how to improve overall competitiveness in Europe," German Chancellor Angela Merkel replied to a journalist after meeting the French PM.

EU Modernisation Fund: an open door for fossil gas in Romania
