Cyprus bailout 'after elections,' Irish minister says

BERLIN - A decision on the Cyprus bailout will not be agreed until after presidential elections take place in February, Ireland's EU affairs minister Lucinda Creighton said Monday in Berlin. She added that the centre-right frontrunner, Nikos Anastasiadis, is "willing to make all the reforms, but we have to wait for elections."
