EU car sales at 17-year low

The number of new cars purchased by Europeans has reached a 17-year low, reports the Wall Street Journal. The European auto industry Wednesday said new registrations for cars dropped by 8.2% last year to a total of 12 million vehicles. Industry experts say demand is low because of market saturation.
