Cameron postpones EU speech

David Cameron's hotly anticipated speech in Amsterdam on Britain and the EU has been postponed. UK government sources announced that the UK Prime Minister had postponed the speech "because of the situation in Algeria." Cameron had been expected to set out plans to re-negotiate the terms of Britain's EU membership.
