Franco-German postage stamp cheaper in Germany

BERLIN - A joint postage stamp issued by the German and French finance ministries to celebrate 50 years of the Elysee peace treaty costs 75 euro-cents in Germany and 80 euro-cents in France. This is "due to different postage systems" in the two countries, a spokeswoman for the German finance ministry said.
