Slovenian Prime Minister refuses to resign

Slovenia’s Prime Minister Janez Jansa Thursday refused to resign despite the Civic List party quitting his governing coalition. Jansa said he would stay until a parliamentary no-confidence vote or a wider political agreement was reached. “Slovenia cannot afford to hold early elections at this point,” he said, AP reports.
