EU keeps funding for closure of nuclear plants

The closure of three nuclear power plants continue to be funded by the EU, according to a draft budget for the coming seven years tabled on Friday at the EU summit. Ignalina in Lithuania will receive €400 million, Bohunice in Slovakia €200 million and Kozloduy in Bulgaria €260 million.
