Forbes: Merkel is world's most powerful woman

Forbes magazine has named German Chancellor Angela Merkel as the world's most powerful woman, followed by former US foreign secretary Hillary Clinton. The ranking included pop stars such as Lada Gaga and chat show host Oprah. The EU's foreign policy chief, Catherine Ashton, did not make the list.
