EU ministers discuss horsemeat scandal

EU agricultural ministers are meeting in Brussels Monday to discuss how to tackle the horsemeat scandal. Beef and frozen beef already has a country-of-origin label but ministers want to improve traceability of other processed meats. The European Commission will introduce tougher legislation by the end of the year.
