EU court defends rights of delayed airline passengers

The European Court of Justice on Tuesday said delayed airline passengers are entitled to damages, reports AFP. The court ruled that passengers arriving more than three hours late to a destination on routes with connecting flights should be compensated, even if the initial flight was delayed.
