Brussels to table bank resolution authority law in summer

The European Commission will table legislation to establish a European Resolution Authority to deal with stricken banks in summer 2013, Michel Barnier said Thursday. The EU's Internal Market commissioner was speaking with reporters following the conclusion of negotiations on the bank capital requirements legislative package.
