Greece confident aid tranche to be paid

Greece is confident of getting a €2.8 bn aid tranche paid in March, its finance minister said on Wednesday, dismissing speculation that talks on cutting its bloated public sector were deadlocked. To secure the March tranche, Athens needs to present a detailed staffing plan spelling out lay offs, Reuters reports.
