Eurogroup chief blames Cyprus banks for 'risky' investments

Eurogroup chief Jeroen Dijsselbloem told MEPs Cyprus is "a very special case". "Cypriot banks decided to invest in Greek bonds at a time when it was already very risky," he said in reference to losses that had to be imposed on Cypriot banks as part of a bailout deal.
