EU's 4G mobile access low

Only one in four EU citizens has access to 4G services, a next generation of mobile technology, according to commission estimates. Over 90% of the US population, by comparison, has access to 4G. The service is five times faster than the conventional 3G, which is widely used throughout the EU.
