Hardline nationalists did well in Kosovo local elections, preliminary results showed Monday. The capital Pristina was won by Shpend Ahmeti's party, which opposes EU and Nato presence in Kosovo as well as talks with Serbia. Belgrade-backed nationalist Krstimir Pantic won the mayoral post in the Serb-dominated town of Kosovska Mitrovica.
