Report: Ukraine agrees to join Russia's Customs Union

The Economist reports Ukraine leader Yanukovych and Russia's Putin at a meeting in Sochi Friday agreed Ukraine would join Russia's Customs Union in return for $5bn and a 50% discount on gas prices. Russia and Ukraine have said the news is not true, however, amid ongoing pro-EU protests in Kiev.
