09.12.13 @ 12:30

The European Commission on Monday says electronic devices like smartphones, tablets and e-readers do not have to be switched off on planes during taxiing, take-off, and landing. The devices may be kept switched on "Flight Mode" from gate to gate. It is up to airlines to update the operational rules.
