Estonia and Finland in first-ever digital treaty 'signature'

The PMs of Estonia and Finland will Tuesday use a digital signature to conclude an international treaty in what Estonian officials say is a "world first." The memorandum will govern Estonian-Finnish co-operation on IT matters and foresees joint work on software for e-government services.
