Greek government resumes troika talks

Talks between the Greek government and its international creditors are to resume Wednesday. Greece has proposed streamlining the spending of state defence firm, EAS, in return for a €1bn tranche of rescue funding. The troika is calling for restrictions on home foreclosures to be lifted and a rise in vat.
