Russia reportedly placed nuclear missiles in Europe

Poland and Lithuania have expressed concerns over a media report that Russia has moved nuclear-capable Iskander missiles to its European enclave, Kaliningrad, on the border of the two countries. Moscow did not confirm the report, published in Germany's Bild newspaper, but said it had the right to do so.
