EU lawmakers have reached agreement on rules reforming the audit sector. Under the deal struck Tuesday by MEPs and ministers, audit firms will be required to rotate every 10 years, with beefed-up roles for audit committees and supervisors. There will also be a cap on the provision of non-audit services.
