Little reform at top German bank despite scandals

Germany's finance regulator on Monday criticised the corporate culture and lack of reform at Deutsche Bank despite scandals, reports The Guardian. The bank, along with other financial institutions, is under investigation for manipulating benchmark interest rates such as Libor and Euribor. Deutsche Bank also faces several other lawsuits and investigations.
