Deutsche Bank posts surprising losses

Deustche Bank has posted losses of €1.15 for the final quarter of 2013. The bank said that legal costs and restructuring were the main causes. The lender faces fines from the European Commission over claims that it was part of a banking cartel to rig financial benchmarks.

EU Modernisation Fund: an open door for fossil gas in Romania
