Germany mulls greater military presence in Africa

Germany's defence minister Ursula von der Leyen on Sunday said Berlin should dispatch more military trainers to Mali and support the French in the Central African Republic, reports AFP. Germany is set to increase its personnel in Mali from 180 to 250 and provide medical relief services to CAR.
