No immigration into social system, says Merkel

"Germany benefits from freedom of movement, but we must be vigilant about possible abuse. There should be no immigration into the social system," German Chancellor Angela Merkel said Wednesday in the Bundestag. She noted that a joint government panel will look into the matter by the summer.
