EU court cracks down on internet fakes

The EU court in Luxembourg on Thursday ruled that people who buy counterfeit goods on the internet are breaking EU laws on copyright. The case arose after Rolex ordered Martin Blomqvist, a Danish national, to destroy a fake Rolex watch which he bought on a Chinese website.
