Ireland reluctant on EU treaty change

The EU should apply fiscal rules agreed during the euro-crisis before following Germany’s demand for further treaty change, Ireland's Europe minister said in a visit to Berlin Friday. Pointing to Ireland's efforts to exit its bailout programme, Paschal Donohue said the EU had a “strong array” of economic integration tools.
