Spanish border police shoot rubber bullets at migrants in water

Spanish border police fired rubber bullets at migrants attempting to swim around a man-made breakwater that separates Moroccan and Spanish waters, reported Reuters on Thursday. The news agency said the shooting happened on 6 February. At least 11 people drowned in the attempt to swim to safety.
