Donors suspend aid over Uganda's anti-gay law

European countries are pulling donor aid to Uganda after it passed a law that could imprison homosexuals for life, reports The Wall Street Journal. Norway, the Netherlands, and Denmark announced they would suspend aid. Norway donates €46.5 million every year. The Netherlands and Denmark donate around €14.5 million.
