Dutch KPMG hit by tax fraud scandal

The head of KPMG in the Netherlands, Jurgen van Breukelen, resigned on Monday, following the launch of a criminal investigation into alleged tax fraud over the boosting of the building costs of a new headquarters to reduce taxable income. Much of KPMG's business is the auditing of company accounts.
