Sweden 'never supported' idea of Spitzenkandidaten

"We never supported the idea of Spitzenkandidaten, we think this twists the Constitution around, it disqualifies many from running," said Swedish PM Reinfeldt ahead of an EU summit. He said the meeting is the "start of a process" and a commission president name will emerge only at the end.
